On August 12, 2026, the Board of Trustees of Delaware Group Adviser Funds approved the conversion of Nomura Diversified Income Fund to Nomura Diversified Income ETF, which will be a newly created exchange-traded fund, through a shell fund reorganization (Reorganization). It is currently expected that the Reorganization will be completed on or about February 19, 2027.

Nomura Diversified Income Fund (formerly, Macquarie Diversified Income Fund)

Effective October 15, 2026, the Fund will no longer be available for purchase by investors, except for:

  • Existing shareholders (including shares acquired through the reinvestment of dividends and distributions);
  • Brokerage accounts held through financial intermediaries;
  • Employer-sponsored retirement plans; and
  • Fee-based programs sponsored by financial intermediaries that have selected the Fund.

It is currently expected that the Reorganization will be completed on or about February 19, 2027.

Nomura Limited-Term Diversified Income Fund (formerly, Macquarie Limited-Term Diversified Income Fund)

Effective October 15, 2026, the Fund will no longer be available for purchase by investors, except for:

  • Existing shareholders (including shares acquired through the reinvestment of dividends and distributions);
  • Brokerage accounts held through financial intermediaries;
  • Employer-sponsored retirement plans; and
  • Fee-based programs sponsored by financial intermediaries that have selected the Fund.
On May 20, 2026, the Board of Trustees of Ivy Funds approved the conversion of Nomura Smid Cap Core Fund to Nomura Small and Mid Cap ETF, a newly created exchange-traded fund, through a shell fund reorganization (Reorganization). It is currently expected that the Reorganization will be completed on or about November 6, 2026.

Nomura Smid Cap Core Fund (formerly, Macquarie Smid Cap Core Fund)

The Fund is closed to new investors as of June 1, 2026.

On May 20, 2026, the Board of Trustees of Delaware Group Government Funds approved the conversion of Nomura Strategic Income Fund to Nomura Strategic Income ETF, a newly created exchange-traded fund, through a shell fund reorganization (Reorganization). It is currently expected that the Reorganization will be completed on or about November 6, 2026.

Nomura Strategic Income Fund (formerly, Macquarie Strategic Income Fund)

The Fund is closed to new investors as of June 1, 2026.

On August 12, 2026, the Board of Trustees of Voyageur Mutual Funds approved the conversion of Nomura Tax-Free California Fund to Nomura Tax-Free California ETF, which will be a newly created exchange-traded fund, through a shell fund reorganization (Reorganization). It is currently expected that the Reorganization will be completed on or about February 19, 2027.

Nomura Tax-Free California Fund (formerly, Macquarie Tax-Free California Fund)

Effective October 15, 2026, the Fund will no longer be available for purchase by investors, except for:

  • Existing shareholders (including shares acquired through the reinvestment of dividends and distributions);
  • Brokerage accounts held through financial intermediaries;
  • Employer-sponsored retirement plans; and
